Cob Oven Pizzaz!!

We haven't completed the oven, but it is at a functioning state, also now dry enough to use...so the first firing on a pizza Friday!!

First the big fire, then scraping out the embers & ashes...
Watching, waiting, playing...Ok, we are ready to eat!!!It was one of the finest...even we were surprised it turned out so perfectly...all intuition cooking, our latest thing, no recipes, pure gut feeling...
