Daily stealing of new garden potatoes, WOW YUM

Oh the fresh herbs!  

Lambs quarters...

Wash, chop, add to a med-low pan of oil & sauteed chopped garlic scapes, add a  bit of  s & p, perhaps a glug more of oil & a splash of tamari, saute until bright & wilted.

Excellent with almost anything,

  1. haha. you and my mom are on the same boat. everytime i take a walk with her she oohs and ahhhs at all the wild growing lambs quarters + plantain. i tell her she is obsessed. this looks amazing though, i might have to laugh at her less when she tries to pick endless amounts of these things:))))
