Our favourite everything dip:

a few tbsp of tahini
a few tbsp of miso
a splash of shoyu/tamari
enough lemon juice or apple cider vinegar to give the right consistency, of a smooth dip
add herbs & garlic

we love this with our roasted veg
Our favourite way to eat green beans (other than right out of the garden):

steam until bright but still crisp
toss in a bowl with:
 a few tbsp olive oil & hemp oil, or whatever oil you love
a couple tbsp of tamari
fresh pressed garlic
a sprinkle of red chili
s & p as desired


Papa says this is his kind of meal.
