| Our favourite way to eat green beans (other than right out of the garden): 
 steam until bright but still crisp
 toss in a bowl with:
 a few tbsp olive oil & hemp oil, or whatever oil you love
 a couple tbsp of tamari
 fresh pressed garlic
 a sprinkle of red chili
 s & p as desired
