The lilacs are blooming... I held this on my face for our entire car ride to go pick up some windows for our shop that we think we can start building this week (fingers crossed).  The smell of lilacs holds so many memories for me.

in a bit add loose cup of chopped fresh basil & cilantro

new guitar music

he practices so much he can't help but improve

A couple of us are still working at piano school at home.
A house full of music, even from a beginner, sounds good to me.

  1. I agree on the house full of music! Nothing nicer!
Our six year old tried out guitar this year (husband is a suzuki guitar teacher) and it just wasn't for him. We'll try violin in the fall. Big sister and brother do violin and cello. :)
Lilacs are my most favorite of all flower. the smell is absolutely perfect, and always makes me feel happy!
