Ahhh, love the left over breakfast grain (millet or oats) turning into snack time, with the addition of 2 eggs, a big splash of milk, coconut oil, vanilla, cinnamon, stevia, maybe bananas or raisins, poured into the cast iron pan at 375 for maybe 40 mins, til brown.

I add a lot of vegetables (onions, carrots, broccoli stems, anything) & cook awhile longer.
Served with a spoonful of yogurt and a handful of parsley & cilantro.
Also hot sauce for the tougher folk.

The lilacs are blooming... I held this on my face for our entire car ride to go pick up some windows for our shop that we think we can start building this week (fingers crossed).  The smell of lilacs holds so many memories for me.

A couple of us are still working at piano school at home.
A house full of music, even from a beginner, sounds good to me.
