Our orchard is now inter planted with potatoes & cover cropped with red clover, finished just in time to escape the rain.  







Burdock for dinner.

New sourdough starter is a good one.

    lucky you to have fresh burdock at hand, and your sourdough looks delicious and beautiful. We hoped to plant potatoes today, but maybe tomorrow instead. Such an exciting time of year!
