Here are some snaps (thanks papa) of the simple pullover I knit up mid-August.  I spun the alpaca/merino, which knit up a perfect gauge for this pattern, Oatmeal.  However I always pick a size too big for myself & I found the sweater to be a bit long & the 3/4 sleeves in the pattern just look like long sleeves that are a couple inches short on me.  So trying to decide if I should shorten the length of body & sleeves or just leave it.

its very exciting, I think, to have the chance to wear such a thing at this point in the year!

  3. don't re-knit! i love that the body is long + the sleeves don't go all the way. it's a compelling shape, a good one. you look so beautiful in it. there's the time + place for re-knitting (so many times + places for it, too many...) but in this case i definitely say: DO NOT RE-KNIT!!!! xoxo

  4. Thanks! I think I'll leave it & see if I wear it... that will be the sign if it is a keeper or not.
